Kirk, Helen Drysdale

[E] Kirk, Helen Drysdale, Scottish contralto
vocalist, was born about 1844. She sang in
various parts of Scotland, particularly in
Edinburgh and Glasgow, along with Mr. Tom
Maclagan and others, and was well-known as
a successful singer of Scots songs. She died
at Glasgow, January 30, 1871.
