nephew of the Dean of Winchester. Was
organist of St. Saviour's, Brockley, 1871;
Holy Trinity, Sydenham, 1874. Has been
conductor of the Stock Exchange Orchestral
Society since its formation in 1885. In April,
1893, he conducted a Festival held in Win-
chester Cathedral.
