Levett

[E] Levett, English writer and composer, who
flourished in London during the latter part of
the 18th century. He wrote " Introductory
Lessons in Singing, particularly on psalmody,
to which are annexed sevei'al psalm tunes,"
London, n.d. Hymns for Easter, Christmas,
etc.
