[E] Loosemore, Henry, organist and com-
poser, father of the above, was a chorister at
Cambridge. Organist of King's College,
Cambridge. Mus. Bac, Cantab., 1640. Org-
anist of Exeter Cathedral, 1660. He died in
1670. Composer of service and anthems.

[+] His brother, John (,1613— April 8, 1681),
vpas an organ-builder, and built the organ of
Exeter Cathedral, etc.
