Millard, Mrs. Philip

[E] Millard, Mrs. Philip, vocal composer,
of first part of the present century. She
wrote a number of songs, of which "Alice
Gray" (1835) was perhaps the most popular.
Other songs were Dinna forget ; Forget thee
my Susie ; Happy New Year ; Lament of the
Scotch fisherman's widow ; Soldier's return,
etc.
