[E] Morine, Charles Harland, composer
and organist, was born in 1828 ; died at Elgin,
February 19, 1879. He edited the collections
of Scottish and Irish Melodies published by
Maver, 1877, and composed pianoforte music.
He also issued "Beauties of Scotland, airs for
pianoforte,'-' 1869. Songs: Burd Ailie; Golden
days, etc.
