[E] Mullineux, William, organist, born at
Worsley, Lancaster, April 4, 1858. Studied
under his father. Dr. J. F. Bridge, and Dr.
Hiles. Was organist of Worsley Wesleyan
Chapel at the age of ten, and in 1876 was
appointed organist of Bolton Town Hall, an
office he still holds. F.R.C.O. He is the^
composer of a cantata, " Harvest Home,"
produced at Bolton, 1887.
