or Professor of Music in Oxford University,
1639. Mus. Bac, Oxon., 1640. Organist to
Queen Henrietta Maria of France, and, after
his return to England, organist to Mr. Caryll,
an Essex gentleman. Composed "The Re-
quiem, or liberty of an imprisoned Royalist,"
1641; "The Resurrection," 1649; etc.
