general rules for studying Music, to which
is added a scheme for erecting and supporting
a musical academy in this kingdom," London,
1762. He also composed for Vauxhall Gar-
dens, and published a collection entitled,
" Collection of New Songs and Ballads sung
at Vauxhall Gardens," London, 1767, 1771-
1772, etc.
