[E] Radiger, Anton, composer and organist,
born at Chatham in 1749, of German parents.
He died in 1817. Composer of a number of
psalm tunes, such as " Praise," " Compas-
sion," " Denton's Green," etc. " Four setts
of new Psalm and Hymn Tunes in 3 and 4
parts," London, n.d. Four new Hymn Tunes,
London [1810]. Three duetts for 2 violins,
op. 4 [1796]. Two favourite sonatas for pf.
or harpsichord, op. 5. Miscellaneous music
