[E] Baumer, Henry, composer and teacher,
born about 1835. Head master of Watford
School of Music ; retired in 1886. He died at
Watford, Herts. July 29, 1888. He composed
the "Triumph of Labour," a cantata, 1875;
Part-songs ; and many single songs ; String
