18th century, who resided at Poole, in Dorset.
He published " Church Harmony sacred to
de\otion, being a choice set of new anthems
and psalm tunes on various subjects, having
the energy of our English words particularly
expressed, with an air to each different sub-
ject," London [1770]. "The Musical Com-
panion, containing te deum, jubilate in 4
parts. .. .also 2 anthems for a club feast
day .... the whole for the use of country
chrirs. ..." London, n.d. Songs : The Pipe,
etc., and other vocal music.
