born at London, February 25, 1808. Organist
of the Foundling Hospital. He died at Lon-
don, February 15, 1848. Composer of " I
know their sorrows," anthem; Selection of
choruses by Handel, 1846 ; Organ gems, 1845 ;
Arrangements of Boyce's anthems, Haydn's
" Creation," etc.
