[E] Tucker, Rev. William, composer of the
17th century. He was a gentleman of the
Chapel Royal, and a minor canon and pre-
centor of Westminster Abbey, 1660. He died
at London, February 28, 1678, and was buried
in Westminster Abbey. Composer of anthems
