[E] Buckley, Mrs., born Olivia Dussek,
pianist and writer, born in London in 1799.
Daughter of J. L. Dussek, was taught by her
mother, and appeared in public at the age of
eight. Organist of Kensington Parish Church,
from 1840. Died in London, in 1847. Author
of " Musical Truths," London, 1843 ; two
books of " Fairy songs and ballads for the
young," 1846 ; pf. pieces ; arrangement of
" Rule Britannia," for pf. and harp, etc.
