composer, born at London, INIarch 25th, 1848.
Educated at Oxford, where he graduated M.A.,
1875. He studied music under Sir John Goss.
Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
Has conducted concerts, and is the composer
of hymns and other church music; "Rustic
coquette," ballet for four voices, etc.
