[E] Clench, Leonora, violinist, native of St.
Mary's, Canada. Studied at Leipzig Conserv-
atorium, and played at a concert given in that
town by Miss Marie Wurm, November 7, 1886,
and at other concerts in the same year. In
London she made her debut at a concert at
the Lyric Club, June 24, 1892. Appeared as
soloist at the Hovingham Festival, Yorks.,
1896.
